Elderly Home Care

Services to assist elderly to maintain independence.

Vulnerable Adults

Evaluation, intervention and help for persons and their families with chemical dependency issues.

Mental Health

Assistance for adults or children experiencing difficulties with their emotional or mental health.

Developmental Disabilities

Help to find and coordinate services for persons and their families with developmental disabilities/related conditions.

Day Care and Foster Care Licensing

Assistance in becoming licensed to provide day care or foster care for children or support care for adults in your family residence.

Volunteer Transportation

Twin Town Taxi service and volunteer driver rides for senior citizens and disabled for medical, shopping, etc.

MN Family Investment Program (MFIP)

Provides monthly payments for the basic needs of qualified persons.

Medical Assistance/Long-Term Care

Helps families, single individuals, and elderly pay the cost of medical care they need.

General Assistance Medical Care

Helps low-income individuals and families not otherwise eligible for the Medical Assistance Program.

Minnesota Supplemental Aid

Helps to meet financial needs of older and disabled persons who have needs greater than can be met by Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Emergency Assistance

Help for individuals and families when they lack food, housing, heat or other basic needs.

Child Care Assistance

Financial assistance to families for their child care costs when they are working, looking for work, or continuing their education or training to prepare for work.

Food Stamps -Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT)

Provides a monthly deposit to qualified households’ EBT account to buy the food that they need for good health.
